min_find_maxclosest

popurri.peakutils.min_find_maxclosest(y, imin=None)

Find the maxima closest the minimum in y, one at each side.

The minimum position can be indicated with imin. If None (default), find absolute minimum in y.

Returns:

imax1, imax2int

Indices of the maximum at the left side and at the right side.

iminint

Index of the minimum.
