min_find_maxabs

popurri.peakutils.min_find_maxabs(y, imin=None)

Find the absolute maxima at each side of the minimum in y.

The minimum position (array index) can be indicated with imin. If None (default), find absolute minimum in y.

Returns:

imax1, imax2int

Indices of the maximum at the left side and at the right side.

iminint

Index of the minimum.
